A sought-after, expanding housebuilder is in search of a Technical Manager to join their Guildford office. They are building an enviable reputation as premier developer producing high quality and bespoke designs in desirable locations.

The role of Technical Manager will work closely with the land and planning team and have the opportunity to be involved in schemes from the early stages, from site and land appraisals through to technical delivery. Therefore, applicants must have a proven track record of working on site acquisitions and reviewing land appraisals as well as having a strong technical delivery background within a residential housebuilder working on traditional build schemes.

Applicants will be HND or degree qualified in Construction Management, Architecture or an Engineering discipline, possess significant experience of residential development. Ideal candidates will be existing Technical or Design Managers working on Traditional build schemes.
