*Technical Manager, North East London*
A very highly regarded residential developer who are hugely committed to quality and design are seeking a Technical Manager to head up complex scheme in East London which is currently on site. Upon completion this mixed-use project will produce almost 600 new homes as well as commercial and community spaces.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Overseeing the project right through to completion
• Monitoring of Design Team Programmes
• Ensure design complies with standards
• Promote design that respects budgetary restraints
• Directly manage Technical Coordinators, Technical Administrators and Document Controllers
• Appoint and manage consultant

This role would best suit existing Technical Managers or Design Managers with large scheme experience. Candidates must be confident managing a complex, RC-Framed scheme in its entirety and will be resourceful in finding solutions to technical complications.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with the drive and ambition to head up a large project to its completion.
Offering £75k to £80k plus package and flexible working. Our client would consider a higher salary for particularly experienced individuals.
