My client is an established residential developer who are looking for a Site or experienced Assistant Site Manager on a new build residential project in WYMESWOLD, Leicestershire.

Details of the role are as follows:

• The scheme is 30 traditional build units left to build of an original 165 - a slow paced scheme - 12-18 months left on the project.
• It would suit an experienced Assistant Site Manager ready to take a step into Site Management, or a junior Site Manager
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certs are required
• £250 per day CIS - slightly negotiable for the right candidate.
• Long term temp work or temp to perm possibility
• Starts on Monday 13th May 2024
