Day Rate: £300 per day (Temp)

Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality residential projects? Our client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Site Manager to oversee a flagship scheme in Stevenage, featuring 400 traditional build houses and apartments. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering an initial day rate of £300 for the temporary period, with a strong possibility for a permanent role for the right candidate.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects, ideally in large-scale, multi-unit developments
• Strong knowledge of traditional building methods, construction techniques, and industry regulations
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to problem-solve under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification
