My client is an award winning residential developer who are looking for an experienced Site Manager on a scheme of 50 units left to build in GRANTHAM, Lincolnshire.

Details of the role are as follows:

• An immediate start, you will need extensive Site Management experience as a "no1", delivering multi unit new build residential schemes for a developer
• The scheme has 50 units left to build over the next 12 months
• CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS certs are required
• £270 per day CIS - possible temp to perm available
