We are currently working alongside a privately owned developer for a Site Manager to manage the day-day running of a traditional build residential site in Hertfordshire.

Upon Joining you will be responsible for a 35 units project before moving on to a

• Must have at least 2 years experience with a medium-large developer
• Ideally will have come from a trade background
• Stable background and longevity with work history
• Lives within an hour from the site

The money being paid on this opportunity is up to around £60k plus Car allowance, pension and healthcare. This is a reflection of the sites being quite small and the business having a different environment to the PLC builders meaning a healthier work life balance.
