We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a privately owned developer on a site based in the Leicester area.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a brand new site of around 50 traditional build units.

Previous experience with a UK residential developer or contractor on a volume build site with exposure to dealing with customers and HBF surveys is required.

Ideally you would've come from a trade background or hold a degree in construction management.
