A top London developer is currently in search of a Senior Technical Coordinator to be site-based on a residential scheme in a large suburban district of North West London. Renowned for their high quality and often pioneering schemes this is an excellent opportunity to work on a conplex residential project for one of the most successful and busy regions of this UK development firm.
As the Senior Technical Coordinator, responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating all Technical Information
• Checking and Approving Drawings
• Liaising with all Key Stakeholders
• Attending Progress Meetings
• Preparing and Monitoring of Technical Specifications
• Managing External Consultants
• Liaising with other departments

Applicants must have previous experience working on the delivery of RC frame residential projects of a similar scale and possess an up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations. Ideally, candidates will have managed a project or block in its entirety.
The most suitable individuals will be existing Senior Technical Coordinators working for developers or Senior Design Coordinators working for contractors.
