*Senior Technical Coordinator, South/West London *
A Senior Technical Coordinator is required to join a highly successful region of one of the UKs top 5 developers. Our client pride themselves on the high quality of service they provide their clients earning them an enviable reputation within the industry.
Based between their West London office and South West London site with agile working, our client is seeking a capable individual to be involved in the development process who is resourceful in resolving technical problems and providing creative solutions to design issues. Individuals will be required to ensure drawings and developments meet regulations.
In addition, they will have a good understanding of building techniques, knowledge of materials and be able to communicate well with both internal and external teams.
Ideal candidates will have a relevant building or design qualification, good working knowledge of current building regulations and have experience delivering mid to large, residential schemes.
This role would best suit existing Technical Coordinators who are seeking the next step in their career. Job-running technical Architects with significant experience working on complex residential schemes will also be considered.
