Are you an experienced Senior Site Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity? A leading property developer is seeking a skilled Senior Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new site consisting of 86 timber frame units in Oxfordshire. The project is set to run until 2027, offering long-term stability and career growth.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the construction site, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
  • Ensure that the project adheres to all building regulations, quality control standards, and client specifications.
  • Manage the site logistics, including resources, materials, and machinery, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Liaise with the client, architects, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Implement site safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all workers.
  • Prepare and manage project reports, budgets, and schedules, ensuring milestones are met.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager, ideally in timber frame housing or similar residential construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Experience in managing projects with multiple phases and long durations.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
  • Ability to handle client relationships and provide clear communication throughout the project.
  • CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are required.
