Knightwood Associates are currently working on an Senior Site Manager opportunity based in Hertfordshire with a privately owned developer.

This exciting opportunity would be managing an 800 unit development with the build programme delivering 100 units per year. This is a traditional build project with a mixture of private, HA and build to rent plots.

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a No1 on a volume scheme previously for a UK based residential developer or contractor.

Salary paying £75-85k plus package.
