*MEP Technical Coordinator, East London*
An MEP Technical Coordinator is sought for an impressive mixed-use scheme in a highly desirable East London location. This project will produce almost 4000 new homes as well as retail, commercial and education spaces, completely regenerating the local area. Standing at over 30 storeys and designed by award-winning signature Architects, this is an opportunity to work on a high-spec, luxury scheme.
Reporting to the Technical Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Issue drawings and information for tendering and construction purposes.
• Deal with site queries.
• Assist in the compilation of O&M manuals
• Produce and maintain Technical Sales Specification.
• Liaise with architects, engineers (all consultants) and sub-contractors for information.
• Attend and minute Design Team Meetings and workshops.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience within an MEP position, 3 of which working for a Developer on residential schemes. Candidates must be comfortable working in a site-based environment and be confident communicators.
