About the Role:
Our client, a reputable developer, is looking for a dedicated Internal Site Manager to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves managing the internal fit-out of a large residential project, overseeing a section of 37 units at various stages, from 1st fix through to final handover.
Requirements:

• Proven experience in site management on residential projects, ideally with a focus on internals.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple units at varying stages.
• Ability to communicate clearly with trades, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of construction health and safety regulations.
• A high level of attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
