A high-end housebuilder is seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join the team on a short-term contract, ensuring the completion of units before Christmas.

• Role: Finishing Manager
• Location: On-site in Cambridge
• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Start Date: 14th October
• End Date: 6th December

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or Assistant Site Manager in housebuilding
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
