*Engineering Coordinator, North Kent*
A rare opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Coordinator to join a successful residential developer in North Kent. The successful candidate will oversee technical information and ensure that all services and agreements are completed on-time and to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the delivery of surveys and reports
• Coordinate engineering and architectural consultants
• Attend progress meetings
• Attend site visits
• Submission of all information to NHBC

Candidates should be educated to BTEC HND/HNC level or equivalent in design, construction or Civil Engineering and possess a CSCS card. Strong communication skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Experience working as an Engineering Coordinator within a residential developer is desirable however those from consultancy with traditional build residential experience will also be considered.
