A leading residential developer who are hugely committed to quality and design are seeking a Development Project Manager for their Essex office, working on RC-Framed remediation schemes. With the increase in demand for remediation works in London, this is a highly desirable role within the industry.
Responsibilities include:

• Review documentation to determine risk
• Monitor Budgets
• Investigate projects and liaise with legal advisors to determine liability
• Build and maintain relationships
• Appoint consultants

Ideal candidates will be existing Development Managers with extensive experience within the residential sector, in particular high-risk schemes. Those working within a similar Project Management role with knowledge of financial, legal, and planning processes will also be considered.
