*Design Manager, Central London*
A Design Manager is sought to join a well-established international contractor, working on the development of a complex hotel project in Central London. This scheme reaches an impressive 40 storeys with a unique design so requires an individual with extensive experience in high-rise construction.
This role demands a technically astute individual, confident across all stages of development with a proven track-record of delivering new build projects on site either within the residential, commercial or hospitality sectors. It is essential that candidates are adept at both building and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships.
Candidates must be conversant in current building regulations and come from either a Contactor or Developer. A minimum architectural qualification of RIBA/ARB/MCIAT or HND/C in construction is required combined with a stable career history.

A basic salary of circa £80k - £85k plus package is on offer for the right candidate. This has the potential to increase for exceptionally experienced individuals.
