*Design Coordinator, Hertfordshire*

A reputable, high-end developer based in Hertfordshire is currently recruiting a Design Coordinator to join their experienced team. Predominately office based, you will work alongside another experienced Design Coordinator and the Design & Planning Manager.

Main Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Supporting management of the Design Team.
• Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice.
• Ensuring design information is of the right quality and keeps pace with project timescale.
• Ensure proper coordination between different design teams.
• Attending Housing Association start-up meetings and coordinating relevant actions.
• Ensuring consultants provide the necessary information to required programme.
• Commenting on architectural planning and working drawings
• Building Regs submissions.
• Assisting with discharging of planning condition.

Ideally, you will already have some experience working for a developer and have experience of working on large residential schemes, however, job running architects or Technologists will also be considered.
