Job Title: Customer Care Coordinator
Location: Bedfordshire
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for a reputable house builder known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in Bedfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer care processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer care role, preferably within the construction or housing sector.
