Assistant Site Manager - Permanent

We're working with a busy residential contractor who are delivering a 120-unit scheme of houses and flats made up of a mix of RC frame and traditional build.

They're looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join the team that consists of x2 Site Managers and a Project Manager. This role will suit someone who's confident taking on responsibility, particularly on the traditional housing side of the scheme.

This is a great opportunity for someone who's ready to make the step up - the client is keen to bring in an Assistant with the ambition and ability to progress to Site Manager within 12-18 months.

What they're looking for:

Strong background in traditional build housing delivery (experience with apartments/RC frame is a bonus)

Ambitious ASM or experienced Supervisor ready for promotion

Organised, good communicator, able to take ownership on site

Local to the area (preferred for long-term continuity)
