My client is a privately owned residential developer who are looking for a highly experienced Assistant Site Manager on a project of 300 RC frame flats in West London.

Details of the role are as follows:

• You will be given a block of 40 flats to manage from 1st fix onwards
• You will need at least 4-5 years of experience of managing flats from this stage to handover - this role will suit someone who is almost at site manager level as the site team is run lean.
• A Site Manager happy to work in a "no2" capacity would also suit this role very well
• They are trying to recruit permanently for this role so there is the option for temp to perm if that's of interest.
• CSCS, First aid and SMSTS are ideal
• £275 CIS per day for the right candidate
• Immediate start
