My client is a large volume residential developer who are looking for a highly experienced Assistant Site Manager for a scheme in Milton Keynes for the next 6 months:
Details of the role are as follows:

• You will have a relatively stable backround, showing long term freelance assignments in the past few years, 6 months+
• Extensive experience of managing traditional build houses from 1st fix to completion including CML and NHBC inspections
• You will have a high level of H&S knowledge and be proactive at managing site housekeeping
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are required
• £270 per day CIS
