Assistant Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a five star housebuilder with a phased development based in Oxfordshire.

The Project consists of 236 units and is currently half way through. You will be working alongside a Site Manager reporting into the Project Manager who is number 1 on the job.

Duties will include-

• Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
• Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

Plenty of future work with projects along the A34 corridor.

Suitable candidates will have experience in the above an would've previously worked for an established housebuilder. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
