Assistant Site Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Site Manager on behalf of our client, a privately owned housebuilder who specialises in delivering high end traditional build homes.

This opportunity would be based in Cambridgeshire and suit someone local to the area due to future pipeline of work.

Duties will include-

• Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
• Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developers high-quality image

Suitable candidates will have experience in the above an would've previously worked for an established housebuilder. Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
