Knightwood Associates are currently working with a reputable developer who require an Assistant Site Manager, on a brand new scheme in Essex.

This opportunity would involve you managing the site from day one. The project will consist of 100 traditional build units and be reporting into an experienced Site Manager.

The successful candidate would've worked on a similar sized project for a UK based residential developer or contractor previously.

Salary set around £45-50k plus package.
